We were awarded this exciting project for a long-standing client for the refurbishment works within their large canteen and breakout areas. Works began with a complete strip out, before we proceeded with the installation of new ceilings, lighting and Herringbone detail flooring, to maximise the aesthetic finish and providing a brighter space for the client’s employees. The existing furniture was cleverly refurbished to provide a high-quality, yet cost effective solution. Decorations were added, along with a feature tiled wall. AV walls were also installed within the breakout area, so staff could work, as well as take breaks. The final element was to balance the HVAC system to ensure the air change rates were suitable for the re-designed space.
