Doing Things The Highline Way

Our Team

We pride ourselves on providing a smooth delivery on every project and this is all down to our Site Teams.

Below is our structure for a typical project, size and value dependant.

  1. On-site client manager – They will be the coordination between the project team and the site operatives and will take on the day-to-dayrunning of the site
  2. Working site operative – They will work with the client manager to ensure the physical work is being undertaken safely, quietly and efficiently.
  3. Welfare logistics manager – They will work under the two above to ensure we leave the area clean and tidy.
  4. Visiting – Brad Pammen and a surveyor will visit to ensure that the project is being delivered to the highest quality, on time and to budget.


Giving you the Best Price

We aim to give the client and the project teams the best possible prices at all times. We hold accounts with a number of suppliers for each trade, therefore we are buying materials at cost.

If we were to use sub-contract companies it would naturally result in increased costs, but we try to reduce this by buying materials at source, appointing our own labour / sub-contractors to carry out the installations.

On average we find this saves the client between 10 – 15% across a typical project. This does depend on the size of the project and level of management required to carry it out.This also allows us to understand the products which may have specified materials and offer alternatives to provide cost savings.
