Highline were asked to develop and provide our D&B services for the installation of a new micro-market. This route was chosen to facilitate  the short design and procurement route the client had, as from start to finish they only had a 9-week opportunity to fulfill the project. Highline used their own labour and site enagement to design and install the joinery, tiling and other architectural finishes, choosing and selection readily available products to keep within the desired timeframe of the project. The works also included the coordination and installation of hot and cold display units and a Costa Coffee machine

Challenges & Solutions

One of the main challenges we faced during this project was the need for careful planning and scheduling of the works to minimise disruption to staff using the surrounding areas.  Our Specialised Works team regularly met with the client team on site to discuss scheduling of the works to ensure the programme remained accurate.
