We were pleased to be appointed by a long-standing client, this exciting deli refurbishment. The works began with removing the large serving counters around the entire perimeter of the space. We then replaced the flooring with a clever anti-slip solution and upgraded all services from lighting to power. We then disconnected and removed all the fridges with a specialist refrigerant sub-contractor and these were replaced with high-quality commercial models. The serving kiosk was removed and replaced with a narrow counter to widen the walkway, reducing congestion in the area at busy times. Once the ceiling and lights were replaced, we decorated the whole space to give a modern and airy feel.

Challenges & Solutions

The sandwich deli and kiosk area are popular outlets for our client’s staff so these had to remain open throughout the duration of the works. This meant we had to complete our works outside of working hours and ensure the area was clear and ready to use the following morning.
