Highline have recently completed an on site gym facility, with a WC and changing area, for one of our long term clients. During the works, we coordinate  the removal and off site storage of the existing equipment that was to be retained, as well as managing the installation of the new equipment during its installation phase. Our works also included the removal of a number of rooms to extend the gym footprint. Whilst on site, we updated all architectural finishes,  installed new joinery as well as adding extra power and lighting based on the new equipment layouts.

Challenges & Solutions

Given the popularity of the gym facility with our client’s staff, we were given a restricted window in which to deliver the project from start to finish.  We engaged with our trusted supply chain and sub-contractors and utilised our strong relationships to work as one team and deliver this great project within programme and budget.
