Highline Contracts completed the full architectural refurbishment for one of our private healthcare providers facilities. The project was located within London’s EC2 area, and include the replacement of the existing ceiling system for a new fresh-looking system that included all new LED lighting and services. Their space was upgraded to include a new reception and opening plan waiting area. Further finishes included the introduction of a modern looking glazing systems to form sub-wait areas.

Challenges & Solutions

Due to the location of the property, the logistical issues were overcome from the early stages of the project commencement. Sequencing of works over a 5 week project duration was critical to the success of handing over the project on the contractual project completion date.
